Timothy has worked in the art appraisal and investment business for almost twenty years, he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience surrounding fine and decorative art, including the methodology of valuation whether for the purpose of auction, private placement or appraisal, through his associations with Sotheby’s, Leslie Hindman Auctioneers and his own private practice.
Through his own practice at Greenmoor Investments Inc., Timothy provided services including: estate tax appraisals, insurance appraisals, consultation and recommendations for the purchase or sale of art and art as an investment.

During his employment with Leslie Hindman Auctioneers, Timothy acted as the Denver regional office specialist, responsible for providing estimates to potential clients, cataloging incoming property, working with financial institutions in the process of meeting obligations to their client’s estates to liquidate property and acted as a liaison between the Milwaukee, Naples and Palm Beach regional offices with Chicago.
