9mm. 4″ barrel length. SN: 8071M. Single-action semi automatic pistol with removable wood knobbed 8-shot magazine, stock lug, military lanyard ring, and fixed v-notch and ramp sights. Blued military finish, silver accoutrements, and checkered walnut grips. Markings include four Imperial German marks to right of slide, “DWM” to center toggle link, and “1916” date to front of breech. Serial number is marked to front of frame, left of slide, bottom of barrel, and there are partial serial number marks to small parts, center toggle link, and top of slide. Includes brown leather military-style holster marked “LIEFERUNGSVERLAND/DER SATTLEMEISTER/HALLE A-S./1916” to inside of flap, and takedown tool with non-matching serial number.
